There are only a few more days left of the Central Alberta Hockey League’s tiering round and this past weekend saw Taber teams back in action.

Two games came and went for the U13 Oil Kings as the team looked for some more wins.

After an 0-2 weekend, the U15 Oils Kings were looking to rebound this past weekend as they suited up for another two games.

It all started on Friday night at home when Lethbridge Red came to Taber. The Oil Kings would jump out to a lead in the first period and never let go as they skated to a 5-2 win. Jack Lukacs was the starter in the second game and it was a busy game for the netminder as he made 56 saves on 61 shots.
