Oil Kings begin final month of 2022

The final month of 2022 is here and Taber Oil King teams began the month with plenty of games as the Central Alberta Hockey League rolls on.

U13

December began with a single game for the U13 Oil Kings. It was a battle for both teams, but when the final buzzer sounded, Brooks was able to claim a 7-5 win. Hayden Eldridge had two goals and an assist for Taber while Ryder Nielsen had two goals, Cole Swanson had two assists, and Julian Woordman had a single snipe. Brodyn Sutka got the start for the Oil Kings and the netminder made 37 saves on 44 shots.

Next weekend sees a pair of games for the U13 Oil Kings as they head to Oyen for two games on Saturday and Sunday, both at 2 p.m.
