CELEBRATIONS: Taber celebrated National Indigenous Peoples Day in Confederation Park last year.In the lead of the article “Pow-wow to showcase culture and talent” on Page A1 of the May 9 edition of The Taber Times, it was incorrectly stated the grand entry begins at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 10. Later in the 10th paragraph, Lisa Sowinski was quoted as saying, “We’re expecting it to go until anywhere after nine o’clock on Friday…”.
The event actually commences at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 11. The Times apologizes for any confusion.
