Police attended to a report of a truck theft outside a local business.  After further investigation, police were able to mediate the situation, and the victim declined to lay charges.

A Taber male was arrested and charged with one count of break & enter, and two counts of assault after a Taber female reported the male had broken into her home and assaulted her and another person in the home.  The male was released on an undertaking for Taber Court on Jan, 3, 2023.

Warrants have been issued for three males who failed to appear for court after being compelled by court orders.  New fail to comply charges were laid for all of the subjects, and warrants were issued in the first instances.

Police were called to investigate a male failing to comply with a protection order. After further investigation, the officer found no breach was taking place and was able to mediate the situation with no charges being laid.

Police continue to investigate a report of mischief and attempted theft at a local residence.

Charges have been laid and warrants have been issued for a Taber male after a female filed a report of the male making threats to damage her property.

Police responded to two calls for a neighbour in distress at a local residence. Police attended the residence and no signs of distress were found.

A local resident called for assistance in removing a person from the premises. Police were able to mediate the situation with no charges being laid.

A Taber resident filed a complaint of uttering threats. The investigation is ongoing.
