After being on hiatus for two years, Taber Players is once again taking to the stage to put on another play. From May 12-14, and then again from May 18-21, Taber Players will be performing Spirit Level by Pam Valentine as their spring play at the Taber Legion.

Directed by Jocelyn Steinborn and with Jaclynn Elfring as the producer of the show, it will begin at 7 p.m. each night with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for this production will be available at the door or online at taberplayers.ca for $20.

“I was looking for a piece that was a bit different than what Taber Players has put up in the past,” Steinborn said. “Something more current, as Taber Players has done some shows set in the 40s and 50s and I wanted something different than that. It’s a comedy but has some real poignant tender moments as well. I laugh out loud still.”
