With Easter coming up, kids will be able to take part in the 22nd annual Easter egg hunt at Taber Confederate Park this Saturday .
“The Easter egg hunt is a great opportunity for kids to get outside and have some fun, especially since the weather is finally turning around for the better. After two years of COVID restrictions, I can imagine kids are incredibly excited to get out there and search for those eggs. We at the Times are happy to be able to continue to sponsor this great event for kids in the community and hope they have a great hunt,” said Cole Parkinson, editor at the Taber Times.
After it being cancelled in the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, kids will once again have the opportunity to take part in this communal celebration, and three lucky ones will be able to win a Walmart gift card worth $200 for a bike courtesy of the Taber Kinsman Club. To enter the contest and win the gift card, hand in your ballot at the registration table which opens at 9 a.m. and be present at the prize drawing, which will happen immediately after the egg hunt.
