Times encouraging salute to health care

The Taber Times would like to encourage Taber and M.D. residents to stand outside their homes on Friday at 6 p.m. and applaud all healthcare workers for 15 seconds to thank them for their service.

“This would be a way to say thank you to doctors, nurses, hospital staff, seniors residence staff, paramedics, family doctors and their staff caring for us during COVID-19,” said Ryan McAdams, publisher for the Taber Times. “This was done in the U.K. last week and got a tremendous response.”
