Taber Public Library has taken the popularity of the escape room and made it into a fundraiser for its organization.
Taber Public Library has teamed up with Escape from LA (Lethbridge) to create an escape room here in Taber Feb. 2-3.
The family-friendly event will have teams of 2-6 players from seven years old to over working together to solve a series of puzzles, clues and combinations in the interactive escape room. the goal is to uncover the secret recipes in the ‘Recipe Heist’ in 30 minutes or less.
Pre-registration for the event is $50 and are being accepted at the circulation desk at the Taber Public Library. Spaces are limited so teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis for each time slot. The event will be fun for families, groups of friends, groups of teens or a colleague team building event. The better your team works together, the greater the chance of ‘breaking out’ and achieving bragging rights.
