On Wednesday evening, Aug. 14, Samaritan’s Purse attended the Taber Cares Flood Relief Dinner and Silent Auction. It was an inspiration to see friends and neighbours coming together in support of fellow Albertans who, as a result of the impact of the southern Alberta flooding, are struggling. Taber’s wonderful spirit of community is worthy of comment. It was remarkable to see the outpouring of generosity to meet the needs and to provide financial support.

As Samaritan’s Purse and on behalf of those we serve, thank you to the people of Taber who participated in the dinner and silent auction for their generous support. May God bless your community.
