Dear Editor:
This picture shows the daily garbage (at) the Community (Centre) parking lot. The culprits that cause this are not bad guys, on my walks, at three different times I talked with them — they were respectful. I asked them if they would litter like this around their own homes. Did not get much of a(n) answer. Told them I and many others are tired of this mess and wind up paying for the cleaning with our tax dollars. I realize these guys need a place to gather, but need to show some respect. To the town council, if there is a bylaw against littering, then enforce it, or else scrap it.
