Cannabis leads to worse things

Taber Times, July 17 Opinion…“if the municipality ever hopes to cash in on the cannabis boom.” Lethbridge Herald July 18, “feds to invest 76.2 million for essential harm reduction.”
Balance sheet is income $1, expense is $1.50, and untold misery and grief. That equals cannabis boom or bust? I don’t understand today’s math.
The $76.2 million for harm reduction was for meth reduction and although cannabis legalization has estimates of $8 billion to the Canadian economy.
My point is that these mind-altering drugs bring a yearning for higher highs and bring untold misery and grief, and the cost of that is immeasurable.
