I made a few troubling observations the last few weeks.
On the June 5 Taber Times, two-thirds of the front page and a half-page write up to Taber Pride.
On the June 12 Taber Times, there was a third of a front page and a quarter of a page on A3 dedicated to Taber Pride.
For D-Day with Canada’s sacrifice where thousands of lives were lost to liberate Western Europe from Nazi occupation, The Taber Times had a one-third front page picture and a small write up beside the picture. They died for the freedoms we ALL have today!
Not hard to figure out where the Taber Times’ allegiance lies.
