Tip of the hat to town improvements

I commend the town council for their decision to repair 50th Avenue from 50th Street, to the road going to the M.D. park.

I haven’t talked to any citizen who has criticized the town for doing this work which includes preparation and paving of the road, upgrading curbs and sidewalks, improving side-road boulevards and painting lines. Thanks go to all involved. The western entry to our town is a credit to Taber.

Also, I thank the dedicated and hard work of the members of Taber Community in Bloom. Their efforts are always apparent in the beauty of flowers, plants and trees, and this year is no different. If new industry and business doesn’t swarm our town, at least those of us who live here and love our community enjoy the beauty, cleanliness and improvements made by numerous people. Thank you to everyone for their much appreciated efforts.
