In a big upset, the Cincinnati Bengals stunned the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime while the Los Angeles Rams took care of business against the San Francisco 49ers.
It was another exciting weekend of football and now with the final weekend set, football fans are ready for a newer matchup in the big game. No Tom Brady, no Chiefs, and while the Rams were in a Super Bowl in the 2018 season, the idea of seeing Matthew Stafford in the biggest game is exciting. The fact he was locked in Detroit for so long, it’s refreshing to see him in a Super Bowl game.
But the Rams’ defence will likely be the biggest story if the Rams are able to clinch a win on Feb. 13. Led by Aaron Donald, Los Angeles’ defence will be a big challenge for Cincinnati and Joe Burrow. The Bengals have been giving up sacks left and right in the playoffs (two against Las Vegas, nine against Tennessee, and one against Kansas City), so look out for that. They may have cut out some of those sacks against Kansas City, but Donald and the Rams’ defence will be licking their chops when they lineup in a few weeks.
