HOW TO SIGN UP AND PLAY:

To get started, click on the Registration tab. We need a little bit of information, a user name and a password to set you up. You can use an existing account if you have played in previous years. Once you’ve registered for the new season, you will receive a verification email to the email address you supplied. This email verification is to confirm your eligibility to participate in the Hockey Pool and to sign you up for our “The Puck Drops Here” Newsletter which will contain important Hockey Pool information, Winner announcements and reminder alerts to make your weekly picks.

When you have completed the verification form, you’re all set to start playing once the first week’s games are posted.

There are weekly cash prizes, so joining anytime throughout the hockey season still gives you chances at winning. Once you have registered, you’ll be able to make your picks for the first weekend of NHL games that start on Friday October 4th – just click the Play Game tab to get started. There, you’ll find a list of the upcoming weekend’s NHL games. All you have to do is choose which team you think will win each game. There’s a cut-off time for each game – 30 minutes before it’s scheduled to start – but you can change your picks as many times as you like before then. At the bottom of the list of games is a ‘tiebreaker game’. Enter your choice for the final score. In the event that more than one person gets the same amount of points, the scores entered will be used to break the tie. If still tied, a winner is selected randomly.

Each week pick the winner of every game for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The person with the most points each week wins a $100 cash prize.
