Between 2010 and 2025, Quonset Days raised more than $1 million for the ALS Society of Alberta.

Launched as a fundraiser in memory of Peter Biemans, who lost his battle with ALS in 2009, Quonset Days is on a mission to raise funds, awareness, and help others affected by the disease. What began as a humble vision is now a local tradition affectionally dubbed “The Greatest Outdoor Show on Dirt.”

The music, camping, auctions, games, beer gardens, and more – it’s a joyful event for an incredible cause.

“Quonset Days is a truly unique event that brings in bigger and bigger talent but has never lost its hometown feel,” says co-founder Trevor, son of the late Peter Biemans. “There is something for everyone, whether it’s a bite to eat, a cold drink, top bid at the auction, or dancing the night away listening to the outstanding talent on stage; all of it is helping to put an end to ALS. We are continuing our upward trajectory, having now passed the $1 million milestone, and we can’t thank the businesses, sponsors, and attendees enough for supporting us.”

The lineup for 2026 has been announced.

“We’re excited for another great lineup that includes some incredible Alberta talent as well as a retro-themed night that Quonset Days fans are going to love,” says Trevor.

Here is what to expect:

Friday, July 17

• Tenille Townes

• Aaron Goodvin

• Alli Walker

• Chevelle 454

Retro Saturday, July 18

• Montgomery Gentry featuring Eddie Montgomery

• Phil Vassar

• Phoenix

• Fox & The Hounds

Daily, weekend, and VIP rates are offered, along with a separate fee for camping on site.

The event takes place on private property, southwest of Seven Persons. For those not camping on site, shuttle service, sponsored by Big M, is available on both days. On the quonsetdays.com website, click “weekend details” for more information about camping (and the camping code of conduct), and the shuttle schedule.

“Hitting the $1 million mark this year was a moment our family will never forget. It showed what this community can do when we come together. We’re proud of how far this event has come, and we’re just as excited for where it’s going,” Trevor concludes.

Mark your calendars and get ready to have fun for a great cause. Get all the details at quonsetdays.com. To reach the event organizers, call 403-504-9537.
