Integra Tire Grassy Lake has been serving the people of Grassy Lake since the year 2000.

David Banman, the manager of Grassy Lake’s Integra Tire, located at 304 1st St. S, says that Integra Tire Grassy Lake offers all tire services including small tires, big tires, earth mover tires, and everything in between.

Integra Tire, Banman says, also offers accessories including vehicle batteries and wiper blades.

Owned by Frank Loewen, Banman says, Integra Tire began as a radiator shop.

“There was a guy in Grassy Lake that was doing radiator repair, and he was retiring,” said Banman. “Frank saw an opportunity to buy the business and start something for himself and as time went on, Frank saw a demand for tires, so he started doing that for people locally. It took off to the point where tires are all we do now and it’s outstripped the demand for radiators, so that’s where the business has shifted to.”

Banman says that Integra Tire does work for a lot of people in the area, including the local farmers.

“I really feel like we’re providing a valuable service to the people here,” said Banman. “We hear it all the time. People come in and they say how thankful that we’re here and how much they enjoy being able to deal with us. We provide them with that personal relationship. They really know that we care about them and about each of our customers. That personal touch is really nice to be able to offer.”

“I just want people to know that if they want to deal with somebody that really cares about them as a person and really wants what’s best for them and wants to do their best to keep people safe and, and keep the vehicles up to date, to give us the shot,” said Banman. “I know we’re a little way outside of town, but we do our best to serve people in the best way we know how.”
