Econo Lodge honoured with Platinum Guest Satisfaction Award

Choice Hotels Canada is pleased to announce that Econo Lodge in Taber has been honoured with a prestigious Platinum Guest Satisfaction Award. This is the seventh Platinum Guest Satisfaction Award for the hotel.

Platinum winners are among the top three per cent of over 330 hotels from coast to coast and represent the best of the best in the Choice Hotels Canada portfolio. Winners are determined largely by verified customer feedback through guest insight surveys and likelihood to recommend scores.

“The Econo Lodge in Taber offers tremendous guest service, which is evident in their nine consecutive award wins,” said Brian Leon, CEO, Choice Hotels Canada. “This guest-first approach has served them well and we are proud to honour them again this year.”

The award-winning hotel also has two Gold Guest Satisfaction Awards and two APEX Awards (Awards for Property Excellence).
