Van Voorthuizen found guilty

A jury has found Jorden Van Voorthuizen guilty of sexually assaulting two boys when he lived in Taber more than a decade ago. It took the jury only about three hours to find Voorthuizen guilty, but it will take several weeks or months before he’s sentenced. His next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 28.
