History repeats itself – back to the War of 1812

Donald Trump, U.S. President-elect, is a narcissistic person that insists that he will take any country that he pleases including Greenland. Olaf Scholz from Germany warned him to stop picking on Denmark to purchase this country since they are part of NATO. Other countries like France and even Putin warned Trump to stay clear of Greenland. 

Realistically, Trump will have a battle with King Charles III of England since Canada is part of the U.K. and our Prime Minister is under the incumbent Governor General, Mary Simon, the representative to his Majesty King Charles. When the War of 1812 took place between Britain and the Colonies in the U.S. most of the loyalists left for Ontario who now reside in Canada. I believe British troops will protect our borders for their own interests.

The trade war on Canadian tariffs sold to the U.S.A. can escalate. If Trump is serious in imposing the tax it will be devastating to the U.S.A. especially when Canada imposes a higher tax than 25 per cent that will hurt the U.S. farmers, automobile manufacturers, and soft lumber contractors. When Trump adds the tariffs to Canada, our Free Trade Agreement will be worthless.
