To the Editor, Re: September 9 “Future uncertain for A.B. weekly newspapers”.
I can’t imagine going without the Taber Times.
Lena and I have subscribed to the paper for over 60 years, and have supported you while we were in business as Sandy Hill Stock Farms.
Thank you Taber Times, and all your staff over all these years. Thank you for printing my many letters over the years, also the reporting for the many social activities such as 4-H, Taber Food Bank, Canadian Food Grains Bank, community churches, schools, senior homes, hospital, Cornfest, walk-a-thons, and much more. I hope that our business community may continue to support you.
And Taber Times, please report the community events and political statements without any spin, as the main media is so guilty of.
Hope that you may continue to be successful as the voice of Taber and district.

I certainly agree with Hans. Telling it as it is and not favoring one political party over the next is nice to see. There is no question some editors are deliberately not reporting the damage this phony conservative, Liberal turned Reformer, in Jason Kenney is doing to us. There is nothing intelligent about giving away billions in oil royalties and tax breaks to their rich friends while blaming doctors, nurses, teachers, and Ottawa for the mess we are in.
