New bylaw applauded

RE: Your new by-law. Hats off to you! Hopefully you have the strength and backing to enforce this great bylaw. We here are surrounded by obnoxious behaviour every day. (The price we must pay for living in the “big city”) and of course “my rights” allows this bad behaviour.

You may be a small community, but you’re a whole lot bigger than us.
