Taber Gymnastics Fitness Club competed at the Hay City Classic in Olds, Alta., the weekend of March 6-8. This competition had 29 teams and a total of 744 athletes and our girls, as always, held their own.
Our Bronze level athletes came back with all around gold medals, as a team they averaged an all-around score of 37/40. Some highlights for bronze are, Violet Stoddart scoring a 9.8/10 on vault along with Lilah Bevans and Hadley Heck scoring a 9.6/10 on vault. Way to go girls. Big shout out to Leia Antoniuk as she received her very first gold medal as she is our newest member in our bronze level.
Our Silver athletes did not disappoint. Highlights for our silver athletes are, Ella Erickson bringing home 1st place on bars, 5th place all-around. Adalyne Hull is our newest silver level athlete, and she did an amazing job bringing home 2nd on beam, 4th on bars and floor and 2nd all around for her first ever competition. Way to go Addy.

Georgia Nakamura competed at the gold level for the very first time instead of silver and what an incredible job she did. She brought home 1st on floor, 3rd on vault, 2nd on beam and 3rd all around.
Last, our Platinum level athletes. The higher the level, the harder the judging, and we are so proud of our platinum girls for continuing to work hard and push themselves to hold there own.
