“Michelle comes to St. Mary School with a wealth of experience in teaching

and school-based administration,” states Superintendent of Schools, Ken Sampson. “Her

commitment to students and staff, along with her involvement in both the general Taber community

and the St. Augustine Parish will serve her well in the coming years as lead learner at St. Mary School.”

“I am excited to join the St. Mary’s community,” said Nevil. “I look forward to reconnecting with

familiar faces, making new connections with staff and students, and learning about the inner

workings of both junior and senior high school.”

Nevil is a member of the St. Augustine’s parish and an active participant in her faith. She enjoys ranching, reading and coaching, having coached many teams throughout her career including basketball and Thunder Athletics. She is the proud mother of three young men and looks forward to becoming a grandparent in the coming months. She hopes to continue to coach sports in the community and looks forward to what the future will hold at St. Mary’s School.
