Handguns and assault rifles should not be widely available

Dear Editor:

Although I am not a fan of Trudeau, I certainly agree with him on this one. Why shouldn’t he try to protect Canadians from the stupid violence we are witnessing in the U.S.?

Being a hunter for 65 years, I know that these assault rifles and handguns can’t be used for hunting and should not be in the hands of just anyone.

Once again, these phoney conservatives, Reformers, and their supporters find it smart to bash Trudeau for doing the right thing and make themselves look rather stupid for trying to imitate their Republican Party pals bragging about their right to bear arms while children are being killed at school.

Where is the intelligence in that?
