Thanks to the Coulee Medical Clinic

Dear Editor:
What challenging times we live in. All those in the medical profession are certainly feeling the heavy weight of their responsibility and we should be grateful for their selfless service. I have discovered a little ray of sunshine in all of this in Taber. For the first time, I recently needed to utilize the services of the newly-formed Coulee Medical Clinic in Taber. My experience through the clinical process from the receptionists, nurses, doctor and back to the receptionist proved to be such a positive and caring experience. It was obvious to me everyone was focused on being welcoming, listening and concerned about my needs.

This required attentive communication between the nurses and the doctor and myself. I do not know what their official mission statement is at this time — but definitely feel the atmosphere and their forward-thinking about overall medical health and treatment is welcomed and deeply appreciated in our little community. Thank you to all at the Coulee Medical Clinic.
