Mayor, councillors and citizens of Taber:

The board of directors of the Taber Golf Course would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the mayor and councillors of Taber for their financial assistance.We are grateful that council took the time to thoroughly consider our proposal and recognize the value of the Taber Golf Course.

Furthermore, we are thankful the Taber mayor and council has continually demonstrated outstanding leadership, forethought and fiscal planning which has allowed them to be in the financial situation where they are able to support valuable community services such as ourselves.

Thanks to the generous financial assistance we are receiving from the Town of Taber, our organization will be able to move forward and purchase a mower that is desperately needed.

This funding will alleviate a large burden and will allow us to maintain the superior course conditions we strive for while providing an established, high quality recreational facility where citizens and visitors can come to play, practice, learn and dine.
