Town bylaws should be horsing around

Dear Editor,

I saw the recent debate before town council regarding horses in the Town of Taber. I was recently in New York City in and around Time Square and Broadway, there I saw horses and carriage rides in the downtown core of the most densely populated city in North America.

Surely, with some forethought and regulations we could similarly support our Western heritage in Taber.
